The love of baking came from all the happy ,memories of family gatherings. Every Christmas my mom would host sugar cookie decorating for all the children of the family.. Now every time I smell sugar cookies, Christmas comes to mind.
Once I got hold of a mixer, making doughs and cake batter was like an experiment. Then when I started to learn how to decorate cakes and cookies, forget it I was hooked. I love art and creating so it felt like I was baking edible artwork.
One of my favorite shows is Cake Boss and wow the cakes they create are incredible. My dream is to get to that type of artistry that they do on the show. Practice, practice, practice.
